Honestly... buying second-hand "refurbished" anything online is a real gamble. Even when the vast majority of people have a great experience, there's always someone who winds up having a terrible experience. That was not the case for me! This was my first Apple Watch and frugal as I am, I took a chance on this one when the price dipped below $200. The watch arrived sooner than expected and it's in mint condition. Battery health is 100% and the device was able to pair with my cell provider easily. The watch came in a small brown box with 2 watch bands and a charger... everything looked brand new. Just a word of caution- The charger included is USB-C (at least mine was). Unfortunately for me, I have 50 adapters and not one is USB-C. The only way to charge my watch was to plug it into my work laptop, so I had to shell out a few bucks more for an adapter (and wound up buying a wireless combo charger as well). Overall, if you're on the fence about this purchase, I'd say go for it.

I’ve had this product for about a month or so and I have no complaints!! Didn’t come with any dents or scratches and no damage on the screen! It was an easy set up even having to set up the cellular part of it. Runs as normal (not my first watch so I can compare) the band it came with was in good condition and all the other ones I have purchased for the Apple Watch have worked fine as well! I would say purchase a different charging piece because it does get a little warm overnight, but has not caused any damage to anything!!!

I’ve recently purchased this product, works very well! Everything is perfect. However, the option before purchasing is that you got to choose your wrist size and type of band. I only received the Apple Watch Ultra itself, with no band loop. It was an inconvenience, but i just ordered a band the same night that will arrive soon off of Amazon. Other than that, it came in perfect condition with no hassle. I definitely would recommend this product. But you should also buy an block that has the new USB cord feature for the new phones since the 12

No scratches. No wear and tear. Perfect condition with 100% battery life. Would have liked to see a usb c charger in the box. Packaging leaves something to be desired. Shipping was really fast as well. Does what they say. At least two/three days on a single charge. Changed from a series 6 is a huge upgrade for me. Don’t know if it was an original apple band, either way is garbage if it was.
